Job Duties:
Join our team during the afternoon to provide a fun and caring environment for the children in our care. Work closely with others in a team to ensure children are engaged through varied and stimulating activities.
Good communication skills with both work colleagues, parents and children are necessary as is a flexible and proactive approach to work.
Hours of work: 2pm to 6pm Monday to Friday (3 days also available 2pm to 6pm)
Qualifications Experience:
Ideally should hold or be working towards NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in childcare. Ideally applicants should have a minimum of 1 year's work experience in a day care setting.
Summary
As a Nursery Assistant, you will be integral to providing a nurturing and educational environment for children in our care. Reporting to the Nursery Manager, your core responsibilities will include engaging with children, supporting their development, and ensuring their safety. Your experience in early childhood education and strong communication skills will be essential in fostering positive relationships with both children and parents.
