Duties
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu specifications.
* Oversee meal preparation and ensure quality control of all food items served.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new recipes and improve existing ones.
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations at all times.
* Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies as needed.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive working environment.
* Serve meals promptly and ensure customer satisfaction with every dish.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting is essential.
* Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is required.
* Previous experience in meal preparation and serving is advantageous.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
