Job title: Wellbeing Manager

Opportunity: Full Time, Permanent Monday - Friday
Compensation: £30,000-£35,000 DOE
The Wellbeing Manager will work within a prestigious corporate environment in the heart of London, to manage the on‑site Wellbeing Floor and Programme. This role embeds Westfield Health’s wellbeing proposition of operational excellence, digital transformation and innovation through research‑based initiatives.

Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with the client and Active Spaces Team to deliver a wellbeing programme that aligns with the client’s workforce wellbeing proposition
* Deliver and exceed the service level agreement assigned to the Active Spaces contract
* Drive long‑term success of the Wellbeing Programme through developing client relationships and wider stakeholder engagement to build influence and participation
* Co‑ordinate a diverse wellbeing programme delivered by various experts, while also providing group classes and workshops
* Demonstrate and guide employees on various wellbeing initiatives and technology available as part of the Programme
* Deliver lifestyle consultations and interpret results in simple, effective communication to employees
* Proactively learn, grow professionally and ensure the programme remains best‑in‑class and accessible for all employees
* Drive high performance, success and best practice with a high‑challenge, high‑support approach
* Ensure all documented policies and procedures are maintained in accordance with company requirements
Qualifications
* Valid industry coaching or group training qualification
* Commercial awareness and a proven track record of achieving targets
* Strong wellbeing/fitness background with experience in a corporate or commercial setting
* Experience planning and delivering events across multiple stakeholders
* Strategic and innovative thinker with a passion for business development
* Strong leadership and programme management experience
* Attention to detail, advanced IT skills and comfort analysing and presenting data
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
* Ability to collate, analyse and design programmes based on data
* Broad knowledge of wellbeing services and industry trends
* Relentlessly drive ongoing improvements and innovation across the programme through workforce engagement and data analysis
