The Opportunity
We are recruiting enthusiastic individuals with experience in PMO, Project Controls or similar roles to join our dynamic risk team. The role is ideal for candidates who have had exposure to risk processes and are eager to develop advanced techniques such as Quantitative Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis (QCRA/QSRA).
What You’ll Do
* Support risk workshops and help capture and analyse project risks
* Assist in developing risk registers and producing risk reporting for projects and programmes
* Learn advanced risk techniques including Quantitative Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis (QCRA/QSRA)
* Collaborate with experienced risk managers and project controls teams
* Contribute to delivering tailored risk solutions for major UK infrastructure projects
* Provide risk management advice to programme and project managers across disciplines
* Facilitate risk workshops and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels
* Build and maintain relationships with clients to become their trusted risk advisor
What We’re Looking For
* Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
* Exposure to risk management or project controls, and a sound knowledge of risk management framework
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
* A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn, including experience running QSRA and QCRA modelling

About You
Candidate will be qualified to a degree level (or equivalent) in an appropriate subject, or possess an IRM diploma. You will have a sound knowledge of risk management frameworks and experience in managing risk across the programme lifecycle. You will be comfortable preparing, facilitating, and communicating findings from risk workshops, and will be able to deliver risk solutions across all elements of a programme or project, including running QSRA and QCRA modelling.
