What you'll be doing: Lead Zoned’s launch plan & growth strategy in the UK market with the support of Chief Strategy Officer, Head of Agency & Sales Director, EMEA Alongside the Sales Director, EMEA position the Agency in the UK market as a leading culture-first marketing and activation agency that is uniquely positioned to service UK based clients Lead New Biz opportunities from a creative & strategy perspective including capabilities presentations and RFP responses with the support of President, Creative & Strategy Build a strong understanding of GameSquare services and be a champion for collaborative business growth across the company (Agency Services, Talent & Technology) Lead local accounts strategically, thinking holistically about brand goals and developing plans to execute towards those goals on timeline Analyze brand, cultural, and industry insights via research to inform creative thoughtstarters Deliver work at a high level and identify new opportunities for clients to engage GameSquare’s in-house solutions Work alongside in-house or external design resources to support in bringing strategic & creative vision to life for proposals and live programs Collaborate with Client Services team to prioritize deliverables, owning your bandwidth and personal organization Think ahead, identify potential roadblocks and anticipate pivots needed in shared work streams Communicate compelling ideas and strategy clearly to key stakeholders via visual, written, verbal presentations.
