We are seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our culinary team at Cumbria Park Hotel in the heart of Cumbria. This pivotal role will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences while fostering a collaborative kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
* Manage food production processes, including menu planning and inventory management.
* Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.

* Monitor kitchen costs and implement strategies to optimize efficiency.

* Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients are sourced.
Qualifications * Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
