Implement health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Assist in creating menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality industry.
