Job Description

Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team across Victoria, instilling a commercial mindset and growth-oriented culture.

Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in the foodservice sector.

Drive revenue by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and unlocking new business across a broad product portfolio.

Partner closely with the executive team to shape and execute Cadell's sales strategy.

Support your team's development through field coaching, regular feedback, and clear goal setting.

Deliver insights around sales pipeline, account profitability, and performance trends to enable smarter decision-making.
