An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a growing and progressive Building Services consultancy. Key Responsibilities
Lead electrical design across a range of building services projects
Develop concept and detailed designs (RIBA Stages 1–4)
Produce and review technical specifications, drawings, and reports
Manage project delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Attend client and design team meetings, acting as a key point of contact
Collaborate with mechanical, sustainability, and multidisciplinary teams
Support and mentor junior engineers within the team
Contribute to low-carbon and energy-efficient design strategiesTechnical Experience
Strong background in electrical building services design
Experience using industry-standard software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech/Trimble, Dialux)
Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and relevant standards
Experience across sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, or educationAbout You
Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Proven experience in a building services consultancy environment
Strong project management and organisational skills
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
