Seasonal Temp Part Time Branch Assistant
We are looking for someone with a real can‑do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Working as part of a team you will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers find what they need and receive quick checkout.
* Keep shelves stocked and loads on till in a timely manner.
* Handle customer queries and complaints, offering assistance and ensuring a positive experience.
* Assist with delivery pick‑ups and ensure accurate fulfilment.
* Maintain a clean and safe branch environment.
* Work 5/7 day operation and may be required to work varying shift times.
Requirements
* Can‑do attitude and passion for customer service.
* Willingness to go the extra mile.
* Reliability: arrive on time and present yourself appropriately.
* Must be aged 17 or over; the role may be closed earlier if a high volume of applications is received.
