COMMERCIAL TEAM ADMINISTRATOR - CITY OF LONDONGKR International has been exclusively retained to lead the search for a Commercial Team Administrator. Our client is a reputable private property company with a portfolio of commercial properties across Central London.They are looking for an Administrator with commercial real estate experience to join their close-knit team at their offices in the City of London.As a Commercial Team Administrator you will be working closely in a team of three supporting two Directors with the day-to-day commercial property administration, some PA duties, and assisting with the smooth running of the office.Contract: Full Time | PermanentSalary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annumLocation: At their offices in the City of London.Start Date: May - June 2024. Key responsibilities:Dealing with tenant enquiries and liaising with our facilities manager and contractorsMaintaining property databasesRaising tenant invoicesApproving invoices and liaising with accountsChasing arrearsCoordinate site visits and access for contractorsLook after service charge account queries and lease enquiriesOverseeing Health & Safety complianceMonitoring tenant starting & leaving site procedures.Personal Assistant support to both directors – managing diaries, booking appointments, arranging travel, and preparing agendas for meetings and reports.Managing the concierge team, including wages, work schedules & holidays.Managing cleaners & ordering cleaning supplies across the portfolioReplenishing office stationery and supplies.Liaising with IT and phone suppliers.Answering the phone and taking messages.Skills required: 5 years + of experience working in a similar administrative role within commercial real estate.Excellent administrative skills.Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.Be able to Demonstrate a track record of being highly organised and able to work autonomously.Proficient in MS Office including excel, word and OutlookProfessional manner when dealing with tenantsFriendly, welcoming and approachableExcellent attention to detail and able to multi-task.Helpful, flexible and proactive.IT literate.Please note this position is based in the office and doesn't offer hybrid or remote working.
