CNC Programmer
Commutable from Chesterfield, Alfreton, Derbyshire and surrounding areas.
Salary up to £43,000 per annum. Day Shift – 4 Day week (Flexitime). Permanent.
Do you have experience working within precision machining and high-quality solutions, from either aerospace or subcontracting industries? Are you looking for experienced programmers to deliver critical work to a variety of clients and suppliers?
What you will be doing:
* Operating and setting up CNC machines on milling or turning.
* Programming controls for new orders and repeat orders.
* Quality checking own work.
* Daily maintenance and inspections on machinery.
* Working to customers orders and criteria.
* Working within a team to support orders.
* Minimizing downtime.
Skills and Experience
* Proven CNC experience.
* Knowledge ideally with Fanuc, Heidenhain or Hurco but not essential.
* Able to use measuring equipment for quality checking.
* CAD software experience for offline programming.
* Able to follow health and safety.
* Able to read engineering drawings.
