Position Overview:
Join us as a Principal Expert – Solution Architect in SAP SuccessFactors, where you'll shape innovative HCM solutions, influence business transformation, and advance our practice.

Job Summary:
The Senior SuccessFactors role is key within our HCM practice, responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions to meet customer needs.
You will lead customer engagements, perform delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and collaborate with various teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure successful delivery of complex SuccessFactors projects, aligning with business outcomes and client satisfaction.
* Design and lead engagements as a Solution Architect from discovery to deployment.
* Provide strategic guidance to clients at an executive level.
* Lead cross-functional project teams ensuring high-quality execution.
* Maintain client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
* Contribute to business development activities.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
* Mentor and share knowledge within the team.
* Represent NTT DATA at industry events and forums.
Key Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience with SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, including multiple modules.
* End-to-end implementation experience, especially in complex environments.
* Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules.
* Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting.
* Knowledge of implementation methodologies and project lifecycle management.
