* Proven experience in a senior HR business partnering role within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* Experience leading organisational change and managing complex ER issues.
* Commercial, analytical, and able to balance strategic and hands-on work.
* Confident communicator with a solutions-focused mindset.
