About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and driven Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a strong background in claims and debt recovery litigation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic legal team where you will play a key role in managing complex commercial disputes and supervising junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, with a particular focus on claims and debt recovery.
* Handle bulk claims processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with procedural requirements.
* Provide strategic legal advice to clients on dispute resolution and litigation risk.
* Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and paralegals, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality output.
* Liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties to progress cases effectively.
* Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with commercial litigation experience.
* Proven track record in claims and debt recovery litigation, including bulk claim handling.
* Experience in supervising junior legal staff and managing team workflows.
* Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills.
* Excellent client care and communication abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
