A personal assistant & administrator required to work closely alongside the directors in an expanding property management company based in North West London. You MUST HAVE strong administration skills and a minimum of 1 year of working experience in residential property. Otherwise, we are unable to consider your application. The position will be a on a 3 month rolling contract
What we are looking for:
This role is integral to the operations of the company, and the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the directors and the property management team. You must be organised, efficient and able to turn your hand to varying tasks, delivering the required results, be self-motivated and a problem solver.
The roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Working alongside the Directors to assist in organising tasks and streamlining processes
* Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office
* Answering the telephone and filtering the calls to the right department
* Writing professional emails and letters
* Supporting the Management Team in day to day tasks and co-ordination, including dealing with tenants, landlords, trade and suppliers.
* Dealing with aspects of Lettings administration from advertising properties, registering applicants, preparation of tenancy documentation
* Liaising with tenants and landlords
* Support in Key management
* Looking after the company subscriptions
* Carrying out market research for the company subscriptions and purchasing all supplies and materials
* Attending appointments necessary and carry out tasks in and out of the office
* Diary and email management for the directors
* Adhoc tasks to support the team
Required experience and skills:
* Must have a minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar role
* Have excellent communication skills and are proficient at writing professional emails
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* Highly organised and have an eye for detail
* Willing to take on new challenges
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Must have proven time management skills
* Great work ethics
* Have knowledge of the letting regulations and property licensing
* A manual driving license is preferable.

* Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
