Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Lettings Officer for a Local Authority Client in Woolwich. In this role, you will manage property lettings, handle nominations and appeals, and support the Senior Lettings Officer. Duties: Manage lettings and pre-lettings of council and housing association properties Handle nominations to housing schemes and associations Support the Senior Lettings Officer and supervise Lettings Assistants Prepare reports, respond to enquiries, and manage the appeals system Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Experience in housing management or lettings Knowledge of Choice Based Lettings systems and procedures Strong administrative and report-writing skills Experience handling casework and customer enquiries What's on offer: Salary: £23ph *may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience* Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week How to apply: Once your CV is received, if you are successful, you will be contacted.
