Location: ChesterHours: 6am - 3.30pm. Following a shift pattern of 4 on 2 off.Salary: £13.75 per hour.
Our Chester based Client has opportunities to join their large manufacturing plant in Chester. This is a direct permanent opportunity.Production Supervisor duties and responsibilities
* Ensuring that production processes are in line with company and regulatory requirements
* Accurately completing all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance
* Communicating expectations to production team members and evaluating their performance
* Regularly checking the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow
* Compiling reports about production and providing management with updates
* Managing the repair or replacement of faulty production equipment
* Ensuring all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly
You will be required to have experience of working within a production environment supervising staff within the manufacturing area and assisting the Shift Manager with the smooth running of each shift.
