Senior Business Development Executive
Location: Maidenhead (Office Based). Full‑time, Permanent. Salary £30k‑34k + commission OTE £15k uncapped.

Responsibilities
* Drive new business by booking meetings for field‑based BDMs in London and the Southeast.
* Cold call and prospect new potential clients through LinkedIn and other platforms.
* Set up appointments for BDMs to meet potential customers.
* Track week‑on‑week progress to hit meeting targets.
* Support tender opportunities and compile documentation and presentations.
* Assist in generating quotations, keep CRM database accurate, serve as first point of contact for regional sales queries.
* Support other colleagues across MCFT.
Qualifications
* Proven success in a similar role with a focus on booking meetings and driving new business.
* Energetic, target‑driven, self‑starter with a positive, can‑do attitude.
* Comfortable with cold calling, presenting over the phone, and building rapport quickly.
* Ability to handle objections and challenging situations.
* Strong attention to detail and compliance with company procedures.
* Experience working with IT programs and CRM systems is a plus.
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in telesales.
* Live within commutable distance of Maidenhead.
