My client, a highly regarded global law firm, is seeking a personable Internal Recruitment Advisor / Account Manager to join the Consultant Lawyer Recruitment Division (ALSP) of their Talent Acquisition Team.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and collaborative business at the forefront of flexible legal resourcing. The Internal Recruitment Advisor / Account Manager will play a pivotal role, managing a variety of new client opportunities from initial engagement through to successful delivery, ensuring high levels of service for both clients and Consultant Lawyers.


This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where adaptability, relationship-building and commercial acumen are essential.


PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF RECRUITING LAWYERS IS ESSENTIAL.


Salary:

Remote - up to £48k

Hybrid (3 days in office) - up to £56k


Key Responsibilities Include:

* Oversee the full lifecycle of client opportunities, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of legal consultant placements to both external clients and firms internal teams.
* Act as a key point of contact for clients and consultants, participating in initial discussions, managing negotiations, and agreeing on suitable pricing models.
* Work in partnership with the other internal teams and internal contacts to identify and propose the most appropriate consultants for each opportunity.
* Engage with relevant practice group partners to keep them informed and involved, ensuring the placement process remains aligned with client expectations from start to finish.
* Uphold exceptional standards of client service, swiftly addressing any challenges or concerns to ensure a positive outcome for all parties.
* Respond to and resolve any issues related to pricing, billing, timesheets, or revenue processes as they arise.

* Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, strengthening relationships with current stakeholders, and uncovering potential areas for collaboration.
* Play an active role in initiatives aimed at enhancing Re:link’s visibility and reputation, while supporting collaboration between internal teams and encouraging cross-selling across practice groups.
* Participate in team projects and support firm-wide initiatives as needed, helping to drive continued innovation and growth across the platform.


Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will bring strong recruitment experience and excellent knowledge of the Legal recruitment in particular, great organisational skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment. Previous experience in legal, professional services, or staffing environments will be advantageous.

You’ll be a confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels, commercially astute with a collaborative, solutions-driven approach. A flexible mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast-evolving business model are key.
