The role will focus on developing strong curricula, improving teaching and learning, and building professional development capacity.
This strategic position involves:
* Leading curriculum quality and design across multiple subject areas.
* Coaching and mentoring teachers through an instructional coaching model.
* Designing and delivering subject-specific and whole-school CPD.
* Modelling effective teaching and supporting reflective practice.
* Driving high standards in pedagogy through regular observation and feedback.
* Collaborating with senior leaders to raise standards of attainment and progress.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in curriculum development, classroom excellence, and whole-school improvement.
