Here at Chubb Fire & Security we have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our Customer Excellence Teambased from our Head Office in Blackburn (BB1 2PR) on a full time, permanent basis.
Job Description
What You'll Be Doing As A Sales Administrator
The main goal of this role is to provide back office administrative support to the nationwide Sales team, by supporting the Sales Executives and Sales Managers with the life cycle of a new sales order.
1. Communicate with and support the Sales Team / various Internal Departments regarding Installation Projects / Service Contracts
2. Maintain customer job files, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded, to ensure that full customer history and data is readily available
3. Complete all Legal Entity / Credit Checks
4. Process Orders
5. Obtain all required customer information and pass to the relevant department
6. Assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns
Qualifications
What We Would Like You To Bring
7. Have experience of working within a dedicated administration support role
8. Be IT literate
9. Work well in a fast paced, busy support environment
10. Are proactive and able to prioritise workloads
11. Have excellent people and communication skills, both written and verbal
12. Good attention to detail
13. Must be able to work as part of a team
14. Must have a real "can do" attitude.
