Recruitment Consultant (12-Month Maternity Cover)

Driver Hire Inverness is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team for a 12-month maternity cover, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
What we’re looking for –
1. Energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
2. Strong computer skills and a confident telephone manner
3. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
4. Excellent communication and people skills
5. Team player
6. Sales experience is helpful but not essential (training provided)
Role responsibilities –
7. Recruiting, interviewing and registering candidates
8. Updating candidate information across systems
9. Handling calls from clients and candidates
10. Allocating drivers to shifts
11. Outbound sales calls and client visits
Working environment –
You’ll join a close-knit, busy office where priorities change quickly, so flexibility and being calm under pressure are key.
As Driver Hire operates 24/7, you will also be part of the on-call rota. This involves taking calls and dealing with issues from home out with office hours.
Salary –
12. £26,500 base
13. Performance-related bonus
14. OTE £30,000+
