We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a reputable local contractor specialising in social housing maintenance. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of domestic properties, delivering high-quality repairs and refurbishments.
Responsibilities:
Undertaking a wide range of reactive repairs and planned maintenance tasks in both occupied and void properties, including but not limited to, installing or repairing doors and windows, lock changes, repairing worktops and kitchen units, fitting new bathrooms, general plumbing repairs, painting and decorating, and plastering.
Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertaken or to be undertaken.
Providing excellent customer service and representing the housing provider in a professional and courteous manner.Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
