What the Job Involves This role involves managing a team of social workers and specialist support workers within the Children and Young People's Disability Service. You will oversee the delivery of services for children with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met in line with statutory requirements. Your responsibilities include coordinating child in need plans, child protection interventions, and the care for children looked after. You will ensure quality practice, effective resource management, and foster a collaborative team environment.
