Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and labour market trends. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to liaise confidently with hiring managers and external partners. Strategic mindset with the ability to balance high-volume operational delivery with long-term workforce planning. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching a recruitment team is desirable. What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for industrial and blue-collar roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract skilled candidates in competitive labour markets. Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide practical recruitment solutions. Monitor recruitment metrics, reporting on trends and recommending improvements.
