Are you looking for an office-based admin position offering part-time hours?

Do you have previous experience within administration in particular document processing and management?

If so, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.

OLS is seeking a Part-Time Administrator to provide back office support for your UK to Spain relocation services. You will work as part of a small team assisting our Administration Controller primarily with processing of documents and paperwork relating to visa applications alongside other.

If you are a team player with previous office experience, and able to work office-based 5 days per week part-time hours, then please get in touch.

Key duties and responsibilities for the Part Time Administrator:

* Support the Administration Controller by completing general clerical and administration tasks including document processing (logging, scanning, manual and electronic filing)
* Collecting mail from PO Box and sending mail
* Updating CRM system and responding to internal email and messages.
* Preparing batches of documents for legalisation
* Checking client documents and filling in application forms
* A small element of phone-based contact, most of the communication will be done via email message and the companies CRM system
* Basic bookkeeping tracking expenses, creating invoices, processing payments

Key experience and skills required for the Part Time Administrator:

* Previous office-based administration experience
* Strong written and spoken communication skills
* Good IT proficiency with experience using MS Office, Google Docs, online file sharing software such as Dropbox, Google Drive and CRM systems.
* Strong interpersonal skills and happy working in a small, tight-knit team in a relaxed and quiet office environment.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail and organisation.
* Office-based 10:30am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday (no option for hybrid or remote working)
* Full driving licence and own transport required as you will be require to make occasional visits to the legalisation office (Hanslope Park), up to twice a week.
* Full training provided.
