Job Summary Reporting to the Production Manager, your key role will be to plan and manage the day to day running of the Cell, including direct supervisory responsibility for your team, managing Holidays, Absenteeism and Development. You will also be responsible for running Cell daily management meetings (QDIP) and the cell Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity. Applying Veralto Enterprise System (VES) fundamental tools (5s,SW,PSP, TPM) to improve these where necessary. Key Responsibilities - Team management and development including PDR reviews and development planning - Absence and Holiday management of your team, along with co-ordination with other Operations areas - Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity measurement and reporting at daily QDIP meetings - Install and Sustain 5S/SWK (Standard Work Kaizens) and lead Kaizen events - Install and Sustain TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance) in your assigned area - Work with the training coordinator to assist training, coaching and certifying associates (new/existing and temps) in all aspects of relevant Cell SWK - Identify training gaps and work with Production Manager and Training Coordinator to close - Maintaining Training Matrix in order to comply with internal and external auditing bodies - Using problem solving process (PSP) for identifying and fixing quality issues - Ensure on time delivery to customer is met - Identifying and fixing (PSP) productivity/bottleneck issues - Repairs of faulty Cell products where necessary At Veralto, we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences, both visible and not, found in our workforce, workplace and throughout the markets we serve.
