You enjoy helping others and you’re comfortable supporting customers over the phone, by email or through chat. You care about getting things right and you’re keen to make a positive difference every day. You’re someone who brings a calm, thoughtful approach, even when things get busy. You’re curious, willing to learn and happy working in a team that supports each other.
Responsibilities
* Provide clear, friendly customer support through chat, telephone and email.
* Help customers get the most out of our software by guiding them through their questions and resolving their queries.
* Keep our case management system accurate and up to date by recording, solving or escalating queries as needed.
* Promote the Access Customer Success Portal and support customers with registration.
* Experience using care rostering or care planning systems.
* Good communication skills and a positive, constructive approach.
* Flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
* A calm and professional style when supporting customers.
