What you’ll be doing:
* Partnering with key stakeholders to define and track the right KPIs
* Building slick financial models to support decision-making and planning
* Turning data into commercial insights that guide strategy and execution
* Leading on budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting cycles
* Supporting monthly business reviews with clear, actionable analysis
* Challenging the status quo and spotting opportunities to drive value
What we’re looking for:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), 2+ years post-qualified
* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
* Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Detail-focused but commercially savvy
