Experienced Legal Secretary – Glasgow Office
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy Glasgow office.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors working primarily in civil litigation, with a particular focus on family and court work.
The role will include:
* Audio and copy typing of legal documents, correspondence and court papers
* Preparing and formatting pleadings and other court documents
* Managing diaries, correspondence and electronic files
* Liaising with clients, courts and other professionals
* General administrative support within a busy legal practice
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience as a legal secretary
* Strong audio typing skills (essential)
* Excellent accuracy, organisation and attention to detail
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in civil litigation (advantageous but not essential)
* The ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with age and experience.
