The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 8a Lead Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the medicines management agenda within our care settings, providing a comprehensive clinical service for both adult and children & young people’s inpatient services.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the medicines management agenda within Havens Hospices Care settings. You will provide a comprehensive clinical service for both adult and children & young people’s inpatient services. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements
* Education and Qualifications:
o GPhC Registered.
o MPharm plus 1 year pre-registration training.
o Postgraduate Diploma in General Pharmacy Practice/Clinical Pharmacy.
o Previous NHS hospital experience inclusive of clinical pharmacy practice.
o Demonstrated experience of multi-disciplinary working.
o Independent Prescriber.
o Postgraduate management qualification.
* Skills and Knowledge:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
o Strong knowledge of medicines and their applications.
o Experience in data analysis or a related field.
