About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Daily Supply Teacher to join our network of educators in Colchester and surrounding areas. As a supply teacher, you will be covering short-term absences across a range of primary and secondary schools, offering you the flexibility to choose the days you work.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons according to the school's curriculum and guidelines.
Manage classroom behavior in a positive and effective manner.
Follow the school's rules and regulations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of students.
Mark work when required and provide feedback to students.
Report back to school leadership on any incidents or concerns.
Maintain professionalism and contribute to a positive school environment.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in UK schools (either primary or secondary).
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
