We are currently seeking a committed and skilled Social Worker to join the Permanence and Assessment / Intervention Team within Wirral Council. Key Responsibilities
* Undertake detailed assessments to identify risks, strengths, and support needs of children and their families, in line with the Supporting Families, Enhancing Futures practice model.
* Develop and deliver tailored intervention and care plans to support family stability and child welfare.
* Collaborate effectively with partner agencies, ensuring coordinated and holistic support.
* Support children and families throughout legal processes, including participation in court work where required.
* Ensure accurate and timely case recording, maintaining high professional standards in documentation and communication.
