What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Lead from the front – manage your own accounts while inspiring multiple sales teams to follow your example.
2. Grow key relationships – nurture and develop existing customers to maximise opportunities and drive revenue.
3. Win new business – help generate leads, support project wins, and secure new trading accounts.
4. Deliver results – hit and exceed targets for turnover and gross profit, unlocking significant bonuses.
5. Collaborate at a senior level – work closely with our Directors and senior team on strategy, planning, and customer development.
6. Drive the clients reputation – be a face of the business, promoting their name across the market through service, trust, and professionalism.
7. Stay ahead – keep your product knowledge sharp and stay in tune with market trends and innovations.
