Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the HR and Recruitment function, ensuring smooth communication between internal departments, and maintaining accurate employee records. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong organisational aptitude and a passion for people management to contribute to organisational growth and employee engagement. The HR Advisor will be responsible for managing various HR systems and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes for our rapidly scaling business.

Duties

* Support recruitment and onboarding processes by preparing documentation and facilitating new hire orientation programmes.
* Maintain accurate records of employee information, leave, absences, and performance data.
* Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies.
* Assist in organising training sessions, workshops, and professional development programmes.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies through regular audits.
* Provide administrative support for HR projects, including report generation and data analysis.

Requirements

* Proven experience in a Human Resources role.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
* Proficiency in data entry, record keeping, and managing multiple HR databases accurately.
* Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Knowledge of employment legislation relevant to the UK labour market.
* Administrative experience supporting HR functions is preferred. This role provides a fantastic platform for professional development within human resources, offering exposure to various HR systems and processes in a supportive environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
