Swift Foodservice Equipment is looking for an experienced Project Sales Manager to join our growing projects division.
This role combines business development, client consultation and technical project development within the commercial kitchen and hospitality fit-out sector.
You will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, developing kitchen and foodservice concepts, preparing proposals and converting enquiries into secured project orders.
Alongside generating your own opportunities, you will also manage qualified enquiries generated through our digital marketing and outbound business development activity.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new project opportunities and build relationships with operators, architects, designers and developers
* Take ownership of enquiries and convert them into project sales
* Undertake site surveys and develop commercial kitchen, servery and bar concepts
* Brief external CAD designers and review layouts
* Prepare quotations, proposals and equipment schedules
* Present concepts to clients and secure project orders
* Handover secured projects to the delivery team
What We're Looking For
Candidates should have experience within commercial kitchen equipment, foodservice design, hospitality fit-out or
contract catering environments.
You must be able to:
* Take a blank space and develop a functional commercial kitchen or foodservice concept
* Undertake detailed site surveys
* Read architectural drawings and construction information
AutoCAD experience is beneficial but not essential.
