Your new role
As a UX Designer, you will support the end‑to‑end design lifecycle, transforming user insights, research, and analytics into intuitive, engaging digital experiences.
Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, content specialists, and wider UXmunity members to shape digital journeys and influence the strategic direction of key products.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Translating research and data insights into concepts, prototypes, and final interaction designs.
2. Partnering with cross‑functional teams to align solutions with user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
3. Contributing to the development and improvement of the organisation’s design system and UX best practices.
4. Championing user‑centred design principles and ensuring accessibility, usability, and clarity in every deliverable.
5. Rapid sketching, prototyping, and refining interaction flows in tools such as Figma or browser‑based prototypes.
6. Ensuringpliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should bring:
7. Experience designing consumer‑focused digital products.
8. Strong skills across interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, and navigation design.
9. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and/or prototyping using HTML/CSS.
10. Solid understanding of modern design methodologies (, Lean UX, Design Sprints, design thinking).
11. Excellentmunication skills and confidence facilitating workshops and design discussions.
12. A portfolio demonstrating strong online design capability.
13. Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline (preferred).
14. High attention to detail,mercial awareness, and a passion for UX, research, usability, and accessibility.
15. Experience working in an agile environment.
