JOB DESCRIPTION Our Repairs and Maintenance teamplay an important role in delivering our vision of providing great homes and great service. Guinness Property has a new opportunity for an Area Planner to join the Operational Support team in Havant on 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Operational Support Manager, the successful candidate will provide an effective planning service for our trade operatives work schedules, ensuring that all operational needs and resident requirements are met. We operate a hybrid working model with three office-based days at our Havant office and two days working remotely. What we are looking for Strong experience scheduling and planning work in a busy environment. The ability to coordinate with teams and subcontractors to keep workloads on track. Confidence handling large volumes of data and updating systems accurately. Good organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience meeting performance targets and working at pace. A customer-focused approach with clear, professional communication. A methodical working style and accuracy in recording information. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and experience using databases. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
