Overview
Personal Assistants (Support Workers) play a vital role within Enable, making a positive difference each day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same, and you will support individuals who require help to achieve their goals and outcomes.
Each person has unique support needs; your role may include assisting with personal care, moving and handling, or positive behavioural support while expanding their social networks.
Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual and encourages Personal Assistants to work collaboratively to ensure safety, wellbeing and aspirations are met.
