No weekends – work Monday to Friday and keep your weekends free.
Earn while you learn
* Year 1: £18,000
* Year 2: £24,000
* Year 3: £30,000
* Upon completion: £35,500 plus bonus potential
What You’ll Be Doing
Over 3 years, you’ll train on the job at our Gatwick site and work alongside and be mentored by a qualified BMW Technician. You will learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain cutting‑edge BMW & MINI vehicles and build real confidence in a real workshop environment.
* Regular check‑ins with a BMW expert to support your development
* Classroom training at the BMW Group Training Academy in Reading
What You’ll Achieve
By the end you will have industry‑recognised qualifications.
* IMI Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service & Maintenance Technician
* IMI Level 3 Automotive Refrigeration Handling
* IMI Level 2 Electric / Hybrid Vehicles
* IMI Accreditation Service Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities
* Service, maintain, and repair BMW & MINI vehicles
* Diagnose faults using advanced BMW technology and tools
* Work on everything from engines to high‑tech electrical systems
* Use specialised BMW diagnostic systems
* Learn from experienced technicians and handle real customer vehicles
About You

Application Criteria
* GCSE English (Grade A*–C / 9–4 or equivalent)
* GCSE Maths (Grade A*–C / 9–4 or equivalent)
* At least one other subject at the same level
