We’re looking for a Cluster Marketing Manager to lead and deliver marketing activity across a portfolio of 6 hotels, helping to drive commercial performance and strengthen brand presence across the region.
This role blends strategic planning with hands-on delivery, working closely with hotel teams and commercial leaders to develop campaigns that drive leisure, MICE and food & beverage revenue. You’ll play a key role in bringing each hotel’s story to life while ensuring marketing activity aligns with broader commercial objectives.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, partnering with hotel leaders and turning creative marketing ideas into tangible results.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead the development and delivery of marketing plans for a portfolio of hotels, creating campaigns across social media, websites, email and paid media that support commercial goals and seasonal promotions.
Working closely with hotel General Managers and commercial leaders, you’ll help shape campaign strategy, present marketing plans and performance insights, and identify opportunities to strengthen brand presence and grow market share.
A key part of the role will involve building strong relationships with hotel teams through regular visits, supporting them with marketing guidance, coaching on social media and content creation, and identifying local marketing opportunities that drive revenue and guest engagement.
You’ll also oversee paid media campaigns, support digital optimisation across websites and third-party platforms, and ensure marketing content remains aligned with brand standards across the portfolio.
What we’re looking for
You’ll likely have experience in a marketing role within hospitality, travel or a multi-site consumer business, with a strong understanding of campaign planning, social media and digital marketing.
You’ll be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, managing campaigns while working closely with stakeholders across different locations.
Strong communication and presentation skills are important, as you’ll regularly work with General Managers and senior leaders to share ideas, insights and campaign performance.
Above all, you’ll be someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting teams and helping hotels tell their story in a way that connects with guests and drives results.
Working pattern
This is a full-time, field-based role, with regular travel to the hotel cluster (based in the Midlands and surrounding areas) and some travel to our Birmingham office.
What we offer
You’ll have the opportunity to work in a high-impact role supporting multiple hotels, helping shape marketing activity that drives performance across the region.
You’ll be supported to develop your skills, broaden your experience and grow your career within a global hospitality organisation that puts people first.
You’ll also be able to access a suite of benefits including:
* Industry leading training and leadership development opportunities
* Hotel discounts and staff rates
* 24/7 access to our employee assistance programme
