As a Parts Manager at our Ford and BYD Dealership, you will be responsible for supplying parts to our workshops and customers, as well as leading, managing, and motivating the Parts team to achieve KPIs. The role involves organisation, delivering high levels of customer service, and is very hands-on.
Key Activities include:
* Motivating the Parts team to achieve KPIs
* Maximising profits through effective operations and sales of parts and accessories
* Managing stock and analysing trends to project future demand, ensuring parts are readily available
* Ensuring OEM standards for Ford and BYD Parts are adhered to
* Demonstrating technical understanding of the automotive trade
* Ensuring workshop requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently
About You
* Experience as a Parts Supervisor or Manager in Automotive is essential
* Strong organisational skills
* Proactive and positive attitude
* Ability to lead and coach a team
* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and OEMs
