Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organised
Office Administrator
to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the smooth running of our office, assisting clients with bookings, managing payments, and carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle client bookings and scheduling for tests, appointments, and follow-ups
* Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate financial records
* Answer phone calls and respond to client enquiries via email and telephone
* Update and maintain client records and databases in line with GDPR requirements
* Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, scanning, and data entry
* Assist with stock management for test kits and office supplies
* Support the operations team with ad-hoc tasks as required
Skills & Requirements
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Confident communicator with good telephone and email manner
* Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, database entry)
* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and payments
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Previous administrative or customer service experience is desirable but not essential (training provided)
