Paralegal (Residential Conveyancing), Warwickshire, c£28,000 (DOE) - Are you an experienced Paralegal with a passion for residential conveyancing and delivering outstanding client service? If so, this could be the role for you. JOB REF:9802.
We’re looking to recruit a motivated and detail-focused professional to join a busy Residential Property Team.
The Role:
* Support an impressive conveyancing team with all aspects of residential property transactions – from initial instruction through to completion.
* Prepare quotes and initial client communications.
* Draft contracts, transfer deeds, and other key documentation.
* Update clients and agents on transaction progress.
* Manage case files in line with CQS standards.
* Handle exchanges and set up completions.
* Submit Land Registry applications and handle post-completion work.
Skills Required:
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in a conveyancing paralegal role.
* Confidence in handling exchanges and setting up completions independently.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* High attention to detail, even under pressure.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and case management systems.
* Excellent communication skills – clear, professional, and client-focused.
* Experience with digital dictation and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
