Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage complex planning applications, from inception to approval.
2. Provide expert advice on land use, zoning, and urban design.
3. Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
4. Manage a team of planners, offering guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
5. Ensure all projects comply with local planning regulations and sustainability standards.
6. Prepare and present planning reports, proposals, and assessments.
7. Stay current with local planning policies, legislation, and industry trends.
Requirements:
8. A Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Town Planning, or related field.
9. Proven experience in town planning, with a strong track record of managing complex projects.
10. In-depth knowledge of local planning regulations, environmental assessments, and development processes.
11. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
12. Proficiency in planning software (e.g., GIS, AutoCAD) is desirable.
