Job Title: Tenant Liaison Officer
Location: Sheffield
Rate: £18.50 per hour
Contract: Ongoing (Immediate Start)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to join a respected regional contractor delivering a major decarbonisation programme across Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the key point of contact between residents and the site team
* Keep tenants fully informed of works, timelines, and any disruptions
* Handle resident queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
* Support the successful delivery of retrofit and decarbonisation works
* Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders
* Keep clear and accurate records of all communications
