As an Associate Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in leading and managing projects from concept through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the structural engineering design process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
* Overseeing and reviewing technical drawings, calculations, and specifications
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated design solutions
* Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior and less experienced engineers
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Contributing to business development activities and identifying opportunities for growth.
