About The Role
As a Team Leader at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work alongside a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Customer Experience - deliver an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find the perfect product and complete their purchase at the till.
* Brand Bra Experience - provide our brand bra fitting experience with expert advice on size and suitable styles.
* Visual Merchandising - own merchandising and presentation of products to help customers find what they need and discover items they didn’t know they needed.
* Lead by example - energise the team, ensure shifts run smoothly, maintain high brand standards, and provide a personalised customer experience.
* Store targets - support management to achieve key KPIs with a focus on sales growth and profitability.
* Store Standards - maintain front and back store standards, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
* Store Operations - perform opening and closing activities, including key holder duties in line with company processes.
* Executing the new - support with new product launches, floor set moves, and audits; ensure training for all tasks.
