Job Title: Breakfast & Day Chef

Responsible for: 5* Breakfast Production and Service
Hours: 50 hours over 5 days
Scope and general purpose: Exceed the expectations of our guests,
by assisting with five-star breakfast delivery, creating unforgettable memories.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest
§ Manage breakfast to ensure that
the guests’ expectations are exceeded on quality, presentation, taste, and
delivery.
§ Assist with lunch, and room
service production as required.
§ Ensure +1 Service is delivered
to guests.
§
Be able to
talk to guests effectively about the resort and what is on offer.
§
Follow the
Genuine Sense of Interest guidelines (GSOI)
Team
§
Assist
with the production of healthy, varied meals for the team.
§
Attend and
contribute to meetings daily, weekly, monthly as necessary.
§
Communicate
effectively with the Kitchen team and other departments.
§
Ensure a
continuous level of self-development.
Health & Safety
§
Assist with
the implementation of self and Team Cook Safe.
§
Assist with
the health & safety of the Kitchen and the safe production of food.
§
Assist
with the cleaning of the kitchen and storage areas.
Productivity
§
Assist with
the control of food to reduce wastage in line with agreed GP targets.
§
Inform
senior team of low stock to maintain adequate levels to meet guests
expectations.
